November 25, 2007 Dear Friend, Attached are our weekly spot market review and a discussion of possible iron ore antitrust solutions for BHP Billiton and Rio Tinto should they conclude a merger. We will listen to the 4 am Rio Tinto webcast and 11 am Rio Tinto conference call (eastern standard times), and feel free to phone us after 8 am should you choose. We are in the process of assigning security codes to our last few customers.
