June 26, 2008 Tonight we are hosting our first "company retreat." Since we have no board of directors or board of advisors, we asked a half a dozen dear friends in the investment community to eat and drink with us, hear our ideas and give us counsel. A U.K. and a French institution have separately approached us to distribute our research, which is encouraging. Corporations have approached us to advise them concerning mining properties. We need to decide how much we want to grow, and how to meticulously safeguard the quality of our work. We now have three securities analysts - - myself, Joe Reagor (since 9/4/07) and Sean Heberling, CFA (since 6/3/08 via Sailfish Capital). We also have Alicia Aydin as mgr. of operations and Frank Cavello part-time as marketing mgr. and chief collections officer (CCO). Our current physical plant accommodates five, but probably will not accommodate a sixth. Nonetheless, we can find room for any outstanding investment professional interested in doing outstanding work. Faithfully, John C. Tumazos |
