Dear Friend,

Monthly refined copper output has fallen from early 2010 levels partly due to the exhaustion of concentrate inventory stockpiles built up in the recession as well as due to lower ore grades, supporting a favorable view for copper prices.

Faithfully,

John C Tumazos
